The primary care needs provided by our practice are covered by a yearly “retainer fee”.  There are no co-pays or hidden charges.   We are not paid by your insurance company but, depending on your plan, you may be eligible for some reimbursement.  You may also be able to utilize your flexible savings account for your retainer fee.  All expenses incurred outside our office require conventional health insurance.  Examples are diagnostic lab work, x-rays, hospitalizations and visits to specialists.

Annual fee paid in full $1,850 (total $1,850).  Deduct 15% for first additional family member ($1,572.50).

Paid semi-annually, ½ of the retainer fee and the remaining ½ six months later. Two payments of $950 (total $1,900).  This schedule requires use of credit card.  For second member of family, the total fee would be $1,615 (two payments of $807.50).

Paid quarterly, ¼ of the retainer fee and equal portions of the balance every three months.  Four payments of $487.50 (total $1950).  This schedule requires use of credit card.  Second family member would pay $414.38 per payment, a total of $1,657.50.

Note:  Each child of an adult member 16 years old through their 25th birthday are charged at half  the adult rate.   All other terms applying to adults apply to children.  Children under the age of 16 are not seen.  All individuals under age 21 must have at least one parent in the practice.  A family member is defined as parents, children, siblings, and relatives living together. Prices are subject to change without notice.
